RETURN POLICY
At AZ Robotics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Once the return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued based on the original payment method.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including clearance items, custom or special-order products, software licenses, and items sold “as-is” or “used,” unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
