Delivery Rules & Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via reputable courier or freight carriers selected based on item size, weight, and destination.

Heavy or oversized equipment (robots, controllers, cabinets, pallets) will be shipped via freight service.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page or quotation.

Freight charges are calculated based on dimensions, weight, destination, and delivery requirements (dock, forklift, residential, etc.).

Any additional carrier fees (liftgate, remote area, re-delivery) are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.
5. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import regulations.

The customer is solely responsible for all import-related charges and compliance with local regulations.

Failure to clear customs may result in additional fees or return shipping at the customer’s expense.
6. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to request shipping insurance for high-value equipment.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for claims.
8. Failed or Refused Deliveries

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, lack of receiving personnel, or refusal may result in additional charges.

Re-shipping or return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
9. Pickup Orders

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Valid identification and order confirmation are required at the time of pickup.
10. Delivery to Industrial Sites

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access for delivery vehicles.

Any delays or extra fees due to site restrictions are the customer’s responsibility.
